This website is intended for entrepreneurs, innovators and creative persons and their investors in Wales.
It is a member of a family of interconnected sites under the NIPC brand. Sone of those sites deal with particular topics such as Brexit, data protection fin-tech and the Northern Powerhouse. Others deal with specific intellectual property rights such as patents, trade marks and plant varieties. There are also sites such as IP Yorkshire and IP Northwest that deal with specific regions. IP Wales falls in that category. Navigation is simple. The menu can be found by clicking the three parallel lines in the top left-hand corner of the home page.
I make my living as a practising barrister specializing in intellectual property law. In that capacity, I advise on difficult points of law, draft complex legal instruments for use in business or litigation and represent clients before the civil courts and specialist tribunals in the Intellectual Property Office (see Services).
